Ok, so I have recently discovered Monnier Frères, this amazing French luxury online website. Think Net-a-Porter, but just for jewellery and accessories, really well edited with a mixture of luxury heritage and smaller designers. In other words, my idea of heaven. I have always been more interested in accessories and the ‘additions’ to an outfit. Sometimes clothes and trends overwhelm me, and I often tend to stick to a more clean and classic outfit, adding colour through statement accessories, or just simple layered and dainty pieces. Don’t get me wrong – I love clothes (obviously) – but the elements of jewellery and accessories have always excited me that slight more.

Anyways, back to this website. Heaven. Another similarity to the likes of Net-a-Porter, MyTheresa, etc. is their luxe packaging and high level of quality in terms of delivery and presentation. Now to the product itself. A piece which has been on my wish list for so long now – this golden cuff from Philippe Audibert. It’s signature stacked beads in a cuff shape is so classic, yet a strong piece which can carry it’s own. Worn together with a statement jacket and an otherwise ‘clean’ outfit, it adds that subtle ‘bling’, without being over the top. A classic piece, which will hopefully last me for many years to come!
