I’m loving Zara at the moment (well, pretty much always to be fair) – as you will discover throughout the next few days with my holiday diary. These sandal heels are just about perfect in every way, and super comfortable (an added bonus). Being the only heels I packed (yes, I promise!) – they were also proven to be super versatile – and to top it all off, a total bargain for only £29!

[FASHION] London Rebel Gold Leather Ballerinas

Spring is in the air, and my love for flats and ballerinas in all colours and combination, is revived. First ballerina pair in? These gorgeous gold leather flats bought at TK Maxx (a great British designer discount outlet) from London Rebel.

The first thing which is essential when searching for good flat shoes, is the shape. I am particular about many things when it comes to my own style; one of them being the shape of my shoes. I never go for anything too bulky or heavy – always with a slim line/almond shape fit. I like my feet to look petite, and not being the centre of attention (this is excluding killer heels – I never mind these to be colourful or ‘loud’ – yet I also like these pretty slim, hence strappy sandals are my favourite).

So, I guess I just let you in on one of my many particular and ‘weird’ things I have about my fashion (I am sure there is more to come!). Now over to the main subject of this post - the gold ballerina beauties. Such a simple pair of shoes, yet effective and super versatile. Wear them with a relaxed outfit or a blazer, add on some great jewellery and a statement bag, and it’s the perfect casual office/weekend outfit!

I was très excited for the launch of H&M Group’s new brand, & Other Stories. Being a huge fan of it’s sister label, COS – my expectations were high, and I am happy (and relieved) to say, it did not dissapoint. I say relieved, meaning I have a new shop to add to my ‘favourites’ roster (my bank balance – not so much). Although, it won’t break the bank – there was just too much I wanted (no surprise there).

As I was in a rush in between appointments, I only managed to pick one pair of shoes. And oh my – they’re shoe collection was a highlight. As was their make-up counter, lingerie and clothing section – yes everything. I can see where this is going. Well, until next time, I will leave you with these amazing canvas and leather kitten heels. To me, the perfect height for an ‘everyday’ shoe – which is something I am always searching after (I have far too many party/unbearable/can’t-walk-in-shoes in the closet). These are a much welcoming pair to add to my collection!

[FASHION] Jeffrey Campbell Suede Chelsea Boots

New in are these fab suede chelsea boots from Jeffrey Campbell (!) – they’re very unlike their signature oversized platforms, which are far from anything I would personally ever wear. A positive surprise to say the least; they’re exactly what I have been after – a plain shape and super comfortable. With a sturdy leather sole and soft suede leather, these are going to be great addition to my shoe collection.

[FASHION] Dune Black Leather Biker Boots

I’ve been after the perfect biker boot since, well, forever. I think I might have just nailed it, with these gorgeous leather and gold buckle trim boots from Dune .

I wore out my trusted ones from Gap after a few years, then I bought a pair from M&S last year, which only lasted one season (note – both were neither the ‘perfect’ biker boot) - so I was delighted to find these ones, which seem to have a robust heel and made from lovely leather. I particularly like the gold buckles and zip detailing, making them that tad more feminine (as supposed to more ‘regular’ biker boots.) They’re also really slim and lightweight – which makes them the perfect ‘everyday’ boot and will fit with just about everything in my wardrobe!

I’m pretty sure these shoes won’t leave my sight (or feet!) all season, and hopefully for many season’s to come.

[FASHION] Vintage Jimmy Choo for H&M Leather Cage Heels

Finally, these shoes by Jimmy Choo for H&M are mine! I have been after these heels since the 2009 launch. I missed the actual store launch – so I’ve been looking on eBay every since. I finally found them the other week, in my size, hardly worn. YES.

They are truly amazing, love the style and fit. Although they’ve only been worn 1-2 times, the quality of the zip is quite tough. They’re also quite high, and for someone who’s not great in heels, this might be a challenge. Other than that, I am thrilled with them! They look great with a classic dress, to toughen up the look, or jeans and a shirt. I can’t recall the original price of these, but I ended up paying £52, including shipping (which I’m pretty sure is a good buy).

I am wearing them with a Whistles dress, YSL sunglasses, Zara leather studded bag and Micheal Kors watch.

[FASHION] SALE! Accessorize Animal Print Leather Sandals

A last minute purchase before the high street sales are over… These cute leather and leopard printed sandals from Accessorize (£9.99, reduced from £19.99). Such a steal! I’ve been after some similar ones from Zara, which seem to be sold out everywhere. I love the style and shape, and never one being afraid of prints or matching - I’ve paired them with my Current/Elliot skinnies for a take on the double animal print trend.

The only negative is that the sole is rather thin, which is not great for long distance walking. They’ll also probably only last one or two seasons – but who can complain when they’re only a tenner?
