Another amazing pair of sunglasses to add to my rather large collection (yes, I’m a self confessed addict) – are these utterly gorgeous animal printed cat eye pair from Jimmy Choo. In a subtle golden caramel tone and brown lenses, they’re yet another classic style, which will be loved ones for years to come. And will most definitely join me on my holiday on Thursday!

Loving my fab new monochrome sunglasses from Zara (can we just talk about how amazing Zara is this season?). I was pretty happy with myself that I resisted the temptation to pick up anything else other than these. Great shape and style – going to be a strong contender within my sunglasses collection (and a bargain alternative to these ones from Illesteva, which I’ve been lusting after all season). Yes, granted, I do like classic and clean shapes for longevity (like in this post) – but when I want some fun, who can say no to a pair priced at under twenty pounds? A steal.

It feels like the first day of spring in London, and what better time to whack out my fab new eyewear from D&G? I have to admit, I have a minor (serious) sunglasses addiction – I just love them. They can bring so much to an outfit; adds glam, edge, or even just a great cover up when you’re tired (perfect for early mornings). I am pretty classic in my choices, and don’t often go for ‘trend’ shapes – I guess longevity is the key word. Although I have recently started to explore the sunglasses offer on the high street (as seen in this and this post) – I usually prefer investing in quality (which is why I am always super careful with all of mine, and yet to have lost a pair).
These ones from D&G were such a good price at £109 (speaking in designer terms) and the square shape and brown colour is the perfect addition to add to my ever growing collection!

I’ve wanted some clear grey sunglasses all summer, and was delighted when I found these by A J Morgan Marlo from ASOS. They’re oversized, nice colour and a great fit.
As I’ve mentioned before, I have a massive sunglasses addiction. I have always loved my designer sunnies, and have rarely purchases ones from the high street since I was a teen (purely because of the quality). However, after being in constant fear of loosing or damaging my designer sunnies, I have finally succumbed and realised that you can get some great styles on the high street, many of which have proven to be long-lasting and looked the ‘real deal’. These are a great example, from ASOS, £15.
I am wearing them with vintage leopard shirt, NARS ‘Heat Wave’ lipstick and Bijoux by Desi F initial necklace.
Since buying my YSL cat-eye frames a while back, I’m now officially converted to this shape. So much so that I’ve acquired a new pair of favourites from Jimmy Choo (£175) – which are even bigger (and better!). I love the shape on my face and the discrete diamante detailing (they’re not studded on the top, just underlying and shimmering through). Super cute.
I’m very weak for anything Jimmy Choo, especially their shoes (who isn’t?). So you can imagine my delight when I discovered their amazing sunglasses collection, which is pretty dangerous for any sunnies-holic (yes, I admit it). I would also like to add that I have chosen to ignore the fact that summer is seemingly over – these will be fabulous for the autumn!

My boyfriend’s away so my trusted Photo Booth will have to take my outfit pictures for today! I didn’t expect sun when I left home this morning, so during the day I picked up these gorgeous, clear retro inspired sunnies from Topshop (£12.99). I am afraid I couldn’t find them online, but I picked up mine from the Oxford Street store.

London is beaming hot, just hope it lasts! I’m escaping the city this weekend, but staying put in the UK (or at least for the next few weeks) . We’re off to the seaside – can’t wait!
Sorry for disappearing this weekend – I have spent it soaking up the glorious sunshine (24 degrees on Saturday!) with my girlfriends in Essex. Needless to say I am shattered after laughing, drinking and dancing (all too much).
Here are some pics of me from the weekend sporting my new favourite sunglasses from Lindex (£12.99). They are slightly similar to my YSL, but thicker and more angular – and easier to just chuck in my bag without worrying about it too much. Such a great buy!
I received these YSL cat-eye sunglasses in the post today (£210). I have never owned a similar pair in this shape - I tend to wear more masculine and neautral sunglasses, such as Ray-Ban Wayfarers and classic aviator styles. After seeing the gorgeous Miranda Kerr sporting some very similar ones from The Row (which sold out before I could get my hands on them, damn it), I opted for these ones.
I have to admit, I wasn’t sure about them at first – or rather, I needed time to get used to the shape on my face. But I think I like them. Well, I kept them at least, which is a good sign (or maybe not, as I am on a tight budget this month – will tell you all about that later…).
