Colour

I need colour in my life! This dreary weather and long January is really taking a toll on my wardrobe and inspiration. I am particularly into colourful accessories at the moment, such as statement earrings and neon beanies. Sunglasses are always high on my wish list, and you can just can’t go wrong with tortoise print (works throughout all seasons). A bright notebook is much needed in my life at the moment as well – I want somewhere pretty to note down inspiration, ideas and wish lists for the new year!

Rib neon beanie from Topshop, PVC sleeve cotton-jersey sweatshirt from KARL (not exactly a colour, but fab all the same – on sale now!), tortoise print sunglasses from Karen Walker, jewel perspex disc earrings from ASOS, quilted triangle skirt by Topshop Boutique (on sale now!) and ‘Blah Blah Blah’ textured leather notebook from Smythson.

i’m not a fan of colour, but i do like to liven up my black outfits with a little bit every so often. and neons are always what i opt for. i’m a real fan of bright yellow and lime green, and more recently electric blue. the karl jumper and topshop beanie are both fabulous!
